Paving on the road for all parcels backing up to the track should be completed in January, and the perimeter block wall should be finished by mid-month. The commercial project is expected to break ground in Fall of this year.
The Water/Sewer Treatment plant is coming together, and several house plans are nearing completion. Each week, more members are purchasing home sites for building their dream home at the track. Negotiations for developing a portion of the 22 acres at the entrance to the facility are still in process.
