2018 Starts Off Strong, with More Development for Spring Mountain Estates and Spring Mountain Commercial

Paving on the road for all parcels backing up to the track should be completed in January, and the perimeter block wall should be finished by mid-month. The commercial project is expected to break ground in Fall of this year.

2018 starts off strong, with more development for Spring Mountain Estates and Spring Mountain Commercial. The Water and Sewer Treatment plant is progressing well, with very few weather delays. Paving on the road for all parcels backing up to the track should be completed in January, and the perimeter block wall should be finished by mid-month. The block wall is 6 feet high and approximately 1½ miles long around the property. Final completion of the water tanks and lines running across the Commercial property is also expected this month.

The Purchase Agreement has been signed on the 7.56 acre parcel for mixed-use development including an all-suite hotel, casino, restaurant and retails shops at the entrance to the facility. The commercial project is expected to break ground in Fall of this year. It won’t be long before we begin seeing construction on members’ homes going vertical around the track and we’re excited to see the outcome!
