Since the original purchase of Spring Mountain Motor Resort & Country Club in 2004, founding Partners John Morris and Brad Rambo dreamed of offering permanent trackside housing at the facility. Pursuing the company’s mission to combine an environment of excitement and world-class facilities with comfort and entertainment for motorsports enthusiasts and their families, the partner’s dream became a reality following the acquisition of 120 acres from the Bureau of Land Management in 2012. After a lengthy process of subdividing the property, parcels located in the development now known as Spring Mountain Estates are now available for purchase to current members of Club Spring Mountain.
Spring Mountain Estates consists of 80 luxury home and mixed-use parcels of various sizes and topographies, offering expansive views, depending on the location within the development, of the road course, the mountains, sunrise, sunset and the beautiful desert landscape. Each parcel has been fine-graded, is in a ready-to-build condition, comes fully equipped with electricity, water and sewer connections, and lightning fast fiber-optic communications. Spring Mountain Estates is the first residential community in the state of Nevada to be equipped with fiber optic technology, with up to 2 gigabits of bandwidth available at each property.

Estate owners automatically become members of the Spring Mountain Estates Homeowners Association, ensuring elite benefits of living in a motorsports facility, including exclusive access to Lake Spring Mountain after hours, and more. Monthly homeowners dues are $75.00 including common-area maintenance, and 24/7 security.
