Nye County Commissioners Approve Final Residential Subdivision For Spring Mountain Estates

The final Spring Mountain Estates subdivision map has been approved, and members can soon open escrow and begin construction on their reserved lots.

After 3 1/2 years of planning, in January Nye County commissioners approved the final residential subdivision map for Spring Mountain Estates, our residential development at the facility with 80 home and mixed-use lots. Officials also approved street names such as Spring Mountain Blvd., Octane Court, Radical Court, Indy Court, Formula Court and more.

Russ Meads, Developer and head of Double M Construction, Inc. will begin an aggressive schedule to complete the infrastructure of utilities and roads, along with the construction of a water-treatment plant on the premises, with completion scheduled for late 2017.

Members who are currently holding deposits on lots at Spring Mountain Estates can soon open escrows and begin building homes in the new subdivision. More information will be communicated to deposit-holders directly in the next few weeks so stay tuned for more news from us.
