Nevada’s Governor Brian Sandoval submitted a letter of support for the acquisition of 620 acres from the Bureau of Land Management(BLM) with a sale date set for January 18. After the sale we will be on the fast track (pun intended) for future development to include over 3 miles of new road course, more classrooms and paddock space, and a drag strip. The proposed track on the northwest section of the new property will feature multiple options for configurations, both clockwise and counter clockwise, more open space with high speed straights, and a 200-foot elevation change. Future development will include a 7050 foot drag strip.
