Our dream to provide a total destination for members and guests will soon be realized with the closing of escrow on 7 acres of Commercial property at the entrance to the facility, sold to a leader in the industry, Majestic Realty Co. Majestic is the largest privately-owned industrial developer in the United States and we are honored to work with them to pave the way for our inaugural commercial offering. The first phase of development, including a major brand 110 room all-suite hotel and casino, restaurant and retail shops will be breaking ground in the Fall. Preparations are underway for the start of construction. Pictured is work in progress by Valley Electric Company to move several power lines for the hotel project.
Spring Mountain Estates, our private residential community at the facility, is a reality, and the first property owners to begin construction are Brandon and Chelse Rambo with an expected completion date in the fall.
