630 Acres Adjacent to the Facility To Include a Track Extension, Runway / Drag Strip and Air Park

Development of the 630 acres adjacent to the Spring Mountain facility includes a race track extension with multiple configurations, high speed straights and a 200-foot elevation change. Development to the North will include a runway that will double as a drag strip, and an air park.

Plans for the development of the 630 acres adjacent to the facility, in the process of being acquired from the BLM, are emerging. The proposed track on the east section of the new property will feature multiple options for configurations, both clockwise and counter clockwise, more open space with high speed straights, and an exhilarating 200-foot elevation change. Future development to the north will include a 5200 foot runway, also utilized as a drag strip, and an air park. Preliminary surveys and drainage studies for elevation and flood control will determine the final layout of the course, the results of which will be presented to the BLM as part of the acquisition process. After the close of escrow on the new property, slated for June, the large paddock area will be built in Phase 1 of the development, which can be also used for kart racing until the dedicated kart track can be constructed. The first phase will also include 2-mile portion of the new road course. Click image to expand the rendering.

Our $13.4 Million Water and Sewer Treatment plant project is continuing on schedule and is nearly complete. The massive water tanks to supply the development were installed last month and will be filled with water. Sewer tanks are next on the agenda with arrival expected next week, and completion of the project expected in mid-April.

Silverton Casino Resort is moving forward with its mixed-use development project located on a 7-acre portion of the commercial land at the entrance to the facility. The first phase includes a major brand 110 room all-suite hotel and casino with over 200 slots, 5 game tables, a sports book and café. Restaurant and retail opportunities will be available on individual parcels fronting Highway 160. The project is expected to break ground in the summer of 2018.
