Commercial Development Update: Silverton Casino Hotel is planning a new mixed use development project located at the entrance to Spring Mountain, and a new acquisition of nearly 630 acres North and East of the current facility is underway.
Spring Mountain Estates Development Updates
The years have flown by since Spring Mountain partners purchased 193-acres of desert land in June, 2004 with a 2.2-mile road course, a driving school with a fleet of 8 Corvettes, two tent structures and portable restrooms. A visionary’s dreams led us to the destination now known as Spring Mountain Motor Resort & Country Club. Reality has surpassed expectations, and we are still striving to create a motorsports experience second-to-none in the world.
With the addition of Spring Mountain Estates, and plans for commercial development right outside our gates, we are looking toward an exceptional living experience for both our members and the surrounding community . Spring Mountain Estates is part of a brilliant future. Come back to our development updates often and watch the story unfold as it happens.
The Water/Sewer Treatment plant is coming together, and several house plans are nearing completion. Each week, more members are purchasing home sites for building their dream home at the track. Negotiations for developing a portion of the 22 acres at the entrance to the facility are still in process.
The Water Treatment Plant is due for completion and Spring Mountain Estate lot sales are going strong. Additionally, agreement for the construction of a major hotel and casino is underway.
Lots will begin closing Escrow in the first part of April, and plans for commercial expansion are underway, including a lakeside restaurant. We are looking forward to developing this property with a hotel, restaurants, theaters and more.
The final Spring Mountain Estates subdivision map has been approved, and members can soon open escrow and begin construction on their reserved lots.
