The years have flown by since Spring Mountain partners purchased 193-acres of desert land in June, 2004 with a 2.2-mile road course, a driving school with a fleet of 8 Corvettes, two tent structures and portable restrooms. A visionary’s dreams led us to the destination now known as Spring Mountain Motor Resort & Country Club. Reality has surpassed expectations, and we are still striving to create a motorsports experience second-to-none in the world.
With the addition of Spring Mountain Estates, and plans for commercial development right outside our gates, we are looking toward an exceptional living experience for both our members and the surrounding community . Spring Mountain Estates is part of a brilliant future. Come back to our development updates often and watch the story unfold as it happens.

Development of the 630 acres adjacent to the Spring Mountain facility includes a race track extension with multiple configurations, high speed straights and a 200-foot elevation change. Development to the North will include a runway that will double as a drag strip, and an air park.
Planning for the new Spring Mountain Commercial Center, which will be open to the public, is progressing rapidly. Construction will begin on a major brand 110 room all-suite hotel and casino with over 200 slots, 5 game tables, a sports book and cafe, along with restaurant and retail opportunities.
Water, sewer, electric and fiber services have been connected for all track side lots, and a six foot block wall is under construction along property lines. We remain on schedule for completion of the project this spring.
Negotiations with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) are underway for the acquisition of over 600 acres adjacent to the facility to expand to the North and East. The future development will include over 4 miles of new road course, an independent go-kart track, more classrooms and paddock space, and a private air field.
Paving on the road for all parcels backing up to the track should be completed in January, and the perimeter block wall should be finished by mid-month. The commercial project is expected to break ground in Fall of this year.
