The years have flown by since Spring Mountain partners purchased 193-acres of desert land in June, 2004 with a 2.2-mile road course, a driving school with a fleet of 8 Corvettes, two tent structures and portable restrooms. A visionary’s dreams led us to the destination now known as Spring Mountain Motor Resort & Country Club. Reality has surpassed expectations, and we are still striving to create a motorsports experience second-to-none in the world.
With the addition of Spring Mountain Estates, and plans for commercial development right outside our gates, we are looking toward an exceptional living experience for both our members and the surrounding community . Spring Mountain Raceway’s plans to become the longest road course in the world are underway. With the acquisition of the latest 621-acre parcel, our vision of a 16-mile total configuration is headed toward completion by 2020.
One of our first residential property owners at Spring Mountain Estates has begun construction, and with the closing of escrow on 7 acres of commercial property at the entrance of Spring Mountain, our dream to be a total destination for members and guests is happening.
Silverton Casino Resort’s plans are progressing for its mixed-use development project on a 7-acre portion of the commercial land, and we’ve added a new electronic billboard to the entrance of the facility for improved visibility.
The BLM land makes it possible for us to build new track, more paddock areas, an airstrip, and to look toward the future of having the longest road course in the world. Grading and construction is moving along at a fast pace.
